I keep coming back to the same question: what would it look like if software remembered enough context to feel collaborative instead of disposable?
Most tools still behave like every session begins in a vacuum. For people who work in bursts, tangents, and loops, that is expensive.
The more I experiment with agents, local context, and persistent memory, the more I think the real opportunity is not “AI that answers questions.” It is systems that preserve momentum.
That matters for teams. It matters even more for solo operators.
If I can hand an unfinished thread to a system and come back later without having to reload my own brain, that is not a minor convenience. That is product design meeting cognitive reality.
